We make cash wholesale offers on distressed property.  We do all the short sale negotiations with your lender(s), at no cost to you.  We have a database of investors and end users looking for property in S.W. Florida and we then sell it to them at a discount.  We make our profit in the difference in what we pay the bank and final sale amount to the end user.  

We negotiate for a full and complete satisfaction of all liens and encumbrances.  In most cases, we are able to get you and your family off the loan with no deficiency.  Some banks are harder to deal with than others.  It is truly a case by case basis.  However our negotiators are VERY good and have developed relationships with many of the decision makers at these lending institutions.
