Please allow me to introduce myself; my name is William A. Edelen, Bill.   I am the President of WED Property Solutions, an investor group located in Naples, Florida.  We are what are known as the “Investor Exit Strategy” for folks who are upside down on their homes.   I never really thought of myself as a strategy, but if I can help,  I guess they can call us whatever they want.
